A FATHER’S CRY

A FATHER’S CRY
In the wilderness walks a forerunner. His lone voice cries out, prepare the way, form a path before my son! Make straight in the desert a highway. Let the valleys be exalted, and every mountain made low. Remember my son and make the crooked places straight and the rough places smooth. Let Your glory oh Lord be revealed in him for his life fades. Only Your Word endures forever over him.

Yes beloved, the extortioner has attempted to spoil and plunder your son. But I say I will bring health to him and completely restore soundness to his body, mind and spirit. Even in a desert place away from Me, I have promised to bring the rain of My Spirit upon him and wash him clean of a defiled conscience. He will graduate his lessons in Me and shall come out fully wanting Me, all of Me above all else.

Isaiah 40:3-8 The voice of him that cries in the wilderness, Prepare you the way of the LORD, make straight in the desert a highway for our God. 4 Every valley shall be exalted, and every mountain and hill shall be made low: and the crooked shall be made straight, and the rough places smooth: 5 And the glory of the LORD shall be revealed, and all flesh shall see it together: for the mouth of the LORD has spoken it. 6 The voice said, Cry. And he said, What shall I cry? All flesh is grass, and all its loveliness is as the flower of the field: 7 The grass withers, the flower fades: because the breath of the LORD blows upon it: surely the people are grass. 8 The grass withers, the flower fades: but the word of our God shall stand forever.

James 5:16-20 Confess your faults one to another, and pray one for another, that you may be healed. The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man avails much. 17 Elijah was a man subject to like passions as we are, and he prayed earnestly that it might not rain: and it rained not on the earth for three years and six months. 18 And he prayed again, and the heavens gave rain, and the earth brought forth its fruit. 19 Brethren, if any of you do err from the truth, and one convert him; 20 Let him know, that he who converts the sinner from the error of his way shall save a soul from death, and shall hide a multitude of sins.

Acts 3:19 Repent therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, when the times of refreshing shall come from the presence of the Lord;
